Marmalades, Jams and Jellies?
For some breakfast takers, jam without a jelly consistency is not a jam but a fruit butter or coloured mud. While we think that’s a bit harsh, we believe a softer set, allowing the spoon to sink in, is the more preferred version in our approach. Whatever the industry is trying to tell you though it all boils down to your acceptance whether it is jelly, soft as a mud, made from juice or the real fruit. Trust your own senses.
